As a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbal Medicine Specialist, Christy helps her patients restore balance, relieve stress, and improve their overall health through personalized, holistic care. Since 2005, she's supported them with everything from pain and hormone shifts to digestion and anxiety using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Later, Christy discovered Metabolic Balance®, a nutrition program that transformed her own health. She became a certified coach to help clients break through weight and energy challenges with a structured, sustainable plan. Now, she combines both approaches to support lasting wellness physically, emotionally, and metabolically.

Beyond her clinical practice, Christy plays an active role in advancing the field of acupuncture. She serves on the Board of Directors for the California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA), where she advocates for the integration of acupuncture and traditional medicine into modern healthcare systems.
